Housekeeping Task

When a Stay is checked out, a housekeeping task is automatically created for cleaning the room.

Task Details

Each housekeeping task shows the following details:

• Property Name
• Room No.
• Creation Date
• Task Type: Cleaning
• Room Status:
  • Dirty when the task is created
  • Clean when the task is completed

Task Status

• Open: Task has been created but not yet completed.
• Done: Task has been marked as completed by the assigned employee.

Note: When a task is marked as done:
- Cleaning Time is recorded.
- Housekeeping User is recorded (the user who marked the task as done).
- The room becomes available for booking.

Assigned To

• Employee: Select the employee who performed the cleaning.
• Employees are created under Housekeeping Staff List in the Guest House app.

Completing a Task

• Tasks can be marked as completed through the Open VCM-ERP App.

• Once completed, the room status updates to Clean and it becomes available for new reservations.
