🧑💼 Responsibilities of Event Master Manager
The Event Master Manager is responsible for entering and managing all event-related master data in the system. This role acts as the administrator and coordinator who ensures all upstream configurations are in place before the event begins.
📋 List of Key Responsibilities:
1. Creating an Event
- Step 1: Go to Event Template to create an Event
- Step 2: Define the event name and description.
- Step 3: Go to Event Master -> Select the Event Template and Provide required details here
- Step 4: Got to Event Schedule
2. Creating Wrist Band Master Data
Step 1 : Go to Bahumana Details Step 2 : Bahumana Categories are already defined with minimum donation amount. Adjust the amount according to the Event
3. Creating Bahumana Master Data
Step 1 : Go to Bahumana Details
Step 2 : Bahumana Categories are already defined with minimum donation amount. Adjust the amount according to the Event
Creating the Invite List for Seva Kartas
- Add Seva Karta invitees manually or through file upload.
Uploading FPDA List
- Import invitee data from FPDA sources into the system.
Uploading Other Invitees
- Add general invitees or bulk-upload from Excel.
Sending WhatsApp Messages
- Initiate message campaigns to inform and remind guests.
Sending SMS Notifications
- Send SMS to confirmed invitees with event details and check-in instructions.
Only the Event Master Manager has access to these configurations and communication tools. This ensures consistent data integrity and centralized control of the event flow.
